I am a master of science student at MIT Mechanical Engineering. I am also a research assistant at Computational Instrumentation Group, under the supervision of Dr. Brian Anthony. I graduated from Tsinghua University, Beijing, with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. My research is about medical device development, especially in ultrasound imaging. I am currently working on shear wave elastography with mechanical vibrations, which is promising for a handheld low-cost ultrasound imaging device. I am also quite interested in robotics, computer vision, mechatronics and control systems. I love crazy ideas and working with crazy (but friendly) people. Outside of lab, I love friends, running, movies, and extremely music (I feel like I am really infected by the music virus). I have two dreams. One is to be a great engineer in mechatronics/robotics, building prototypes and maybe creating a startup. The other is to improvise with a guitar, which is the reason why I love my background picture.
